Gather a few things

One clean, slightly damp cloth and a safe tabletop.

Let’s play

1. Show one slow wiping movement.
2. Give your toddler a turn with their own cloth.
3. Name the actions: wipe, fold, put away.
4. Thank them for helping rather than checking their work.

Make it work for your child

Use a dry cloth if damp textures are uncomfortable. Help hand over hand only if your child welcomes it.
